Shipping policy

The majority of our products are individually handcrafted and made to order. Your order will be processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and shipping times) after receiving your order confirmation. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the preparation of large orders or during busy and sale periods.

Your order will be shipped from our Sydney Studio. with the following Domestic Shipping Rates:

Standard: Free standard shipping for orders over AU$99 and AU$12 flat-rate shipping for orders under AU$99.
Express: AU$12 flat-rate shipping for orders over AU$99 and AU$18 flat-rate shipping for orders below AU$99.


Please note that the following estimated shipping timing is a general guide only, as a high volume of orders, postal service issues, extreme weather events, COVID-19 restrictions, and customs procedures may cause delivery delays, which are beyond our control.

Domestic Standard Shipping Times:

NSW & ACT: 2-4 business days.
QLD & VIC: 3-5 business days.
SA & TAS: 4-7 business days.
WA & NT: 7-13 business days.

Express:
NSW & ACT: 1-2 business days.
