Return and Refund Policy

 

We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not possible as our products are made to order. It is advisable to carefully review the product specifications before making a purchase.

Kindly note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements solely based on a change of mind regarding the items.

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to examine it thoroughly. Should you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, we urge you to promptly get in touch with us. This will allow our team to assess the issue and rectify it accordingly. Along with your name and order number, please provide us with photographs of all damaged or incorrect items.

Furthermore, we will thoroughly examine the photographic evidence and notify you via email within a reasonable timeframe regarding whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement due to a defect. If you meet the criteria for a replacement or refund, we will proceed with either replacing the product or refunding the amount paid. 

Please be aware that each candle and wax melt piece is handcrafted individually, resulting in potential slight variations in colour and appearance. Additionally, the presence of minor air bubbles is a normal characteristic and not considered a defect.
